I recently relocated across state lines and hired Alltrust Moving & Storage to handle the move, and I'm thrilled with their service. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, everything was seamless. The communication was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. The packing and loading crew was efficient, and they treated my belongings as if they were their own. Even with the long-distance move, my items arrived on time and in perfect condition. I can't thank Alltrust Moving & Storage enough for making my move stress-free and straightforward. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable moving company.

Movers was incredible from first call. Not only did Paul return my inquiry, but the estimate he sent forth was almost spot on. The movers arrived right when they said they would and were so kind efficient and thorough. All of my belongings were wrapped and protected, and the movers took great care in ensuring nothing was damaged, The support agent Ellie even followed up after the move to ensure everything went smoothly. They were prompt, professional and a great deal. Would highly recommend to anyone moving. They notified us when they would arrive. They were very quick and careful with all our furniture! We had a lot of big items and they took care of it very professionally! They carry out everything smooth. Good job. Having dealt with Two Men and a Truck, wish I had known about these guys sooner!

The movers were fantastic. Booking was simple, and when they arrived, they were fully dressed in masks, which they maintained throughout the performance. The manager took inventory of what needed to be moved and gave me a quote. Through it all, they were troopers. They pack effectively, never damage or lose items, arrive on time, stay until the task is completed, accept flaky, last-minute adjustments, and go out of their way to ensure we are satisfied.

The pricing was competitive and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. The communication with their office was excellent, Jose helped me a lot with explanation of the process. They accommodated all my specific needs and scheduling preferences

**** I do have all text, emails as proof. Unfilled delivery dates, incomplete paperwork (both Alltrust & ours copies), Paul changing his tone because he saw a review from BBB. One star is too much! Awful, from being blocked by Elle and Paul. To no communication. Paperwork not signed by ANYONE at Alltrust. Charged for our moving supplies. Quote $7K. Charged $13K after refusing to deliver our items. Paul only changed his attitude towards my husband when he saw they were reported to the BBB. These new reviews with 5 stars are fake profiles. Paul screamed at me. Claims he didn't. Elle has no backbone and blocks you when you demand answers. STAY AWAY!! Check the BBB where legit complaints are filed not fake reviews.

Absolutely awful experience. This is a broker company. Sales reps (Mike **) will lie to you in writing and claim that it is not. The AllTrust DOT# did not match what was printed on the unmarked truck that showed up to move my stuff. All disassembled furniture was marked as individual pieces to falsely inflate the number of items. The movers pushed me sign forms before actually completing them including the extra packing materials form and inventory/broken item list. They ignored the inventory list from our estimate entirely and packed small boxes instead.

I have never used a moving company before and was a bit nervous to do so. But from start to finish, Alltrust Moving & Storage was great! From the person on the phone to the movers, everything and everyone was super friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. The three gentlemen that came were great! We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
