Overall, had a good experience. The movers were professional and worked carefully and efficiently. Only inconvenience was my move was scheduled for 2pm and the movers did not arrive until 4:30. Derrick was in contact with me and let me know about their delays. When they arrived, they apologized and explained that their previous job ran over time, but it greatly delayed the moving plans I had made. Luckily my apartment was able to accommodate the delay and moved my loading dock and freight elevator reservation. I was frustrated by the delay, but I overall had a good experience. I just feel like if you schedule 2 jobs in a day, there needs to be an established end-time for the first job or a different team needs to be sent to the second job if the first one runs over.

For the cost, I received a great value on getting my household move completed. The young men were professional and worked quickly to get all my things safely from the old house to the new house. I did not have a lot of furniture but had a ton of boxes to move. I would definitely use Bellhop again when I need things moved. I liked that the guys wore green shirts as it gave an air of teamwork; however, the leader did not. I'm not sure why but he was very nice. I was afraid they would not be able to park in my driveway but the driver got it tucked right in there without hitting the grass.

My movers, Donnell and Ian, were fantastic. They worked efficiently and with ease. They handled everything with precision and care, and were enjoyable to talk to throughout the moving process. I would use Bellhop, and specifically this crew, again. They made the entire day an overall enjoyable experience and I'm grateful to have had their help.

Will and his team were excellent. They showed up on time, they were all respectful and courteous. They asked questions and handled everything with respect and care. They worked fast, had everything loaded and unloaded in about 4 hours, this gave me and my family plenty of time to get our new home situated. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to these moving professionals. I would totally recommend Bellhop to anyone I know who is moving.

I've used Bellhop on 4 separate occasions, and every time they are stellar. Vance, Rodolfo, Meranda were great and a huge help! I think the best part about all of the movers I've had is that they're just good people. Easy to talk to and make the move much less stressful. I'll plan to always use Bellhop for my moves and recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic guys did an excellent job. Every one of them deserve a raise. I would use these particular guys again. David packed the truck like a jigsaw puzzle and was an expert at it, CJ and Trey and Jamie went above and beyond for us. I hope we never move again but I will remember you for next time.

Timely and efficient service. The crew was very courteous and professional. Items were protected very well. Packing of the truck was very timely and efficient. Would recommend to anyone wanting a stress free move. The driver arrived on time and was easy to track progress. A dedicated truck/driver is definitely the way to go.

Don't expect any compensation for damages or even a proper acknowledgment of them. Several of our belongings were damaged in the move and we were directed to file a claim online, but we've only received automated responses, no communication from an actual human, and no resolution after several weeks. The loading crew that showed up on our move-out date was not uniformed and not all of them were there on time. They also did not present any paperwork, refused to scan the code Bellhop told us they would need, and complained about their own interactions with Bellhop when pressed about it. They did not pack our items securely or use adequate furniture pads either, which we believe resulted in some of the damage that occurred. They also partly tore off the mattress bag our Bellhop agent told us we would have to provide, and the mattress arrived filthy and damaged as well.

I have been using Bellhop for many years now. However, the team that I recently had the pleasure of working with was the best so far. They were punctual, helpful, and communicated well. Their positive attitudes made my stressful move stress-free. This was by far the best experience I have had with Bellhop. I believe they deserve a raise for their outstanding performance.

Excellent experience. They arrived on time and completely threw themselves into the work. Energetic and enthusiastic throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for decent and friendly people who know how to help. The two men we had to help us were greatly appreciated. They were professional and knowledgeable extremely, and did great job packing the truck. I was in the military and no one has ever done this great a job.
