Best Egg tried to help me get my credit scores up. They were the cheapest interest rate. Applying was quick. It was shocking. They had already checked with Credit Karma and they had all the information they needed. All they asked me for was my bank account so they could look it in and they turned around. I had more than that what I borrowed in savings. But I wouldn't pull my savings out. I wanted to make sure I dropped my credit rating before 24 because I had taken some school classes in school and I did it through the credit card so I didn't have to turn around and wipe my savings out. And I wanted to boost that back down after I got out.

Everything was done through Best Egg's website, which was super easy. The way that it was all set up is very easy to understand. They ran my eligibility right there without no effect to my credit score, which was amazing. It was based off of my credit score and my accounts that I already had. I was able to get approved or denied right then and there. And they made their offer. They told me the APR and loan length. Once I got approved, I got my funds within two days, and I was good to go.

Someone tried to take out a loan in my name, and I called Best Egg 'cause it came up on one of my alerts. I said, "This needs to be canceled," and they canceled it. About two months later, I said, "You know what? I'm selling my home. I've got to improve a few things where I can sell it and get my bag." A little over a month ago, I called Best Egg and they made sure that I wasn't the bad guy, which I liked. They took the time to make sure it was me and to be secure, then I filled out the form. I did it in five minutes or less. It was really simple, and there weren't too many questions. They didn't ask very personal questions at all. They just wanted to know what I made, my name, and my address.

I was trying to pay off a personal loan with an interest rate that was quite high. I reached out to Best Egg to see if they could improve upon the interest rate, and not only was the interest rate substantially lower, but it also lowered the payment. So, I was able to get out from a 29.5% loan to somewhere around 13%. The whole process took me less than 35 minutes. That was extraordinarily fast and easy. The lady I spoke to was very to the point and very explanatory about what the rate and payment would be. They showed me the loan and when the due date was gonna be for the payment. I asked, "Hey, is there any possible way that you can change this due date?" She was like, "No problem. I got you." It was a seamless, professional, and easy experience that I've never experienced with a loan before ever. She didn't give me a hard time about it.

So happy I found Best Egg online originally. I first contacted them in November 2022 to set up a personal loan for a small home improvement project. I have been just VERY IMPRESSED OVERALL with Best Egg.

I was offered a payment plan to reduce my payment for three months and my interest for 0% for three months. With the current state of the economy this helps save some money. BUT, I could use more money to consolidate my debts, so if it's possible I would like to borrow more. Thank you.

My overall experience with Best Egg has been good. I would recommend Best Egg to others who are looking for help with a personal loan. Best Egg has been very helpful to me and I have went through this company several times when I needed of a loan.

My B.E. rep was patient, understanding and went above and beyond in assisting me with my issue. The rep made me feel comfortable in what I was asking for concerning an adjustment of my loan payment. Several options were available and the rep fully explained each option. I was extremely comfortable with my final decision and the rep took care of everything while on the call. This is my 3rd loan with Best Egg and I think they are truly a top notch lending organization and maintain the best customer service EVER! Would not hesitate to recommend Best Egg.

Loan was easy to get, APR was a little higher than I’m used to, but not as bad as other sites. Had a payment issue, called immediately and was put at ease, most important part, is they gave me the confidence that I had nothing to worry about and made working with them easy.
