Every associate from Birch was super helpful and very kind when it came to leaving Schwab. With their advice, I feel like I'll make smart investment decisions. The transfer did take a little longer than expected due it coinciding with my busy work schedule. I'm very grateful that all associates were very patient about this fact. My conversations also indicated that my reasons for leaving my old retirement accounts were not entirely uncommon amongst other people.

Had a thorough discussion with Stuart on the reporting value in Equity Trust versus real value. Extremely helpful in describing how Equity Trusts calculates the value versus what the "market" value is and Stuart then provided additional pamphlets and useful info in an email. He was professional, relevant and knowledgeable.
