I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of a this company, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, the team displayed utmost professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to eradicating the pest problem in my home. First and foremost, the exterminator arrived promptly for the consultation, equipped with extensive knowledge about different pests and their behaviors. They carefully inspected my property, identifying the source of the infestation and discussing the most effective treatment options. They patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I had a clear understanding of the process.

We got started with Bulwark immediately after we bought our house after being referred by our realtor. Azrael is usually our service provider, he’s super polite and professional and always does a great job. Pedro has come by a few times as well, there’s been other guys depending on our and their availability, they’ve all been great. We extremely rarely see live critters since their sprays are pet safe but still high quality. However, since our neighborhood is still in construction we’ve had a few stray roaches, ants, and spiders come in and recurrent wasp nests, but all we have to do is express our urgency and they manage to fit us in for a next day service. Overall, no complaints whatsoever and some of the technicians even take a minute to pet our nosey cats when they’re here.

I’ve been using Bulwark Exterminating off and on for a few years. They seem to be inexpensive. Reliable. Dependable. I travel a lot and they were able to accommodate me at a moment's notice a couple of times. I’m sure it’s based on technician availability but to take the time to try and figure out a way to address an issue at a moment's notice says a lot about a company. My most recent service was done by Bernard **. He was on time. Professional. Great attitude. He completed the service thoroughly and quickly. When he left he sent me a text with pictures showing a couple of key areas treated and to let me know he closed the gate to the backyard. In my opinion they are a great company with good service. I’ll continue to use them.

Let's be honest, bugs need to be handled at a reasonable price - but not by me! That's where Cassie B comes in, she is prompt, personable and professional! I work from home, have an elderly parent living with me, and several pets of all ages and abilities; so my extermination appointment could be a little CRAZY or Complicated. After several pleasant and still efficient experiences, I requested Cassie for EVERY appointment. I trust her if there is a snafu or I'm running late and service needs to start with another family member at home; she gained that trust by understanding our family dynamic and responding to what we needed to feel secure. Bulwark should let her teach the customer service portion, she gets it. Cassie is the only one we work with and we are happy to wait if she's unavailable.

Nolan was fantastic. He came and took care of all surfaces and cracks and was very informative and polite and respectful. Me and my family are very grateful for his service. Steve has come out multiple times to our home and provided great service. Would recommend to anyone in the East Tennessee area. They are always on time and communicate very well when they will arrive.

Dylan was very professional and meticulous in spraying the inside and perimeter of our home. He also sprayed the inside of electrical outlets, etc. His soft spoken nature and willingness to listen to our concerns made it a pleasant experience for us.
