RUN from these guys! Dependable Auto Shippers provided me with horrific service. They said the car would arrive in 9 to 14 days. It arrived a MONTH later dirty and full of bird poop. I called many times and they couldn't have CARED LESS. They basically said it will get there when it gets there and if you don't like it, shove it. For days they didn't know where the car was. Completely ridiculous incompetence. These guys are arrogant losers that don't care about you. Do not use this company.

These scammers moved my car, cracked my windshield, created a FAKE invoice when I picked up my car and told me I'm out of luck and they aren't going to pay for a new windshield. I attached everything here and you can see how they scam you when you pick up the car! You'll find plenty of cases where they've scammed people. Don't believe what they tell you about "how many cars they move". It's all lies. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

They took my money, picked up my car for transport from Nashville to Houston and then moved the estimated ship date 10 time. I called at least 20 times and was promised tomorrow, the next day after tomorrow, we'll be shipping it soon... etc. I finally found out from the car tow service the DAS was going out of business, not paying their subcontractors. After almost a month, I picked up my car from the tow service and will find another shipper.

Auto was picked up in Texas on the 30th of December for a promised delivery to Idaho " no later than 10-14 days"!! They are not returning calls or emails. As of 1/15 Auto is still sitting in Texas with no driver assigned! Very dishonest company. Don't go with them no matter how cheap they are!!

Fraud alert. This company took my money and didn't delivery the service. I fired them and asked for a refund. They said 10 days. Then I called for 2 days and got a letter from a lawyer. They filed BANKRUPTCY ON 23 Dec 2016. Though my refund request was on the 17th of Dec. These guys are continuing to take people's money and not deliver and then not give people back their money. That's what you call a crook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

More than three weeks late. Won't return phone calls and as of yesterday would not release car or deliver car. We even offered to hire someone else to bring it the last 75 miles but they said no. We paid for door to door service. Bryan our person from DAS shippers will not return our calls. Customer service will not return our calls. Will never use this shipper again. If I could give a lower rating I would!

We just moved from NJ to WA. Like many reviews here, we too were promised a 14-18 day service. That seemed reasonable. Deliver date came and went. After over a month, the car is still sitting in their terminal in PA. According to them the car was dispatched. Not sure what that means because it seems to me the car never left their terminal!!! Trying to figure out legal action and how to get my car back and money back. DAS Auto is a scam!!! Beware!!! I am yet to get my car back and shudder to think what else I have in store.

I was looking if there is a option to give negative star because Dependable Auto Shippers does not deserve for even a single star. I shipped my Toyota Camry 2015 reference number #** from Illinois to Maryland with the premium door to door service what they offered, considering they will ship my car with care, But I got my car with lot of scratches and dent which was not there in the past (Refer photos) and Now when I claim this they are saying those dents were existing from the past. I must say this was not at all professional and I would recommend not go for DAS auto shipper if you love your car. I also learned I should not keep personal items in my car but that does not mean they can steal sunglass, car charger, and USB device. Totally unfair and unprofessional.

Here is my ordeal with DAS: Move Guides, a Global Relocation Company based out of London, U.K and San Francisco USA was contracted by my wife's employer to transport our car from Mississauga, ON, CANADA to Vancouver, BC CANADA. Following are the list of companies that were involved in the transportation of the automobile.

      1. Move Guides: Our Primary Contact for the transportation of the car.
      2. Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS), Dallas, TX: Company hired by Move Guides to transport the car.
      3. AA Auto Transport Service, San Diego, CA: Company subcontracted by DAS to do the transportation.
      4. Livingston Transport, Vaughn, ON, CANADA: Company hired by AA Automobile to pick up the car from my residence in Mississauga.
      5. CN Rail CANADA: The Freight service that transported the car from Mississauga to Vancouver.

      6. Canuck Towing, Vancouver BC: The company that picked up the car from CN Rail in Vancouver.

The car was picked up on 26 October, 2016 and loaded on to CN freight train on 29 October, 2016. The car arrived in Vancouver sometime in the week of 15 November, 2016. I had arranged for the delivery of the car in Vancouver on 17 November, 2016. I waited until the evening of 16 November, 2016 and contacted Move Guides about the status of the delivery but they were not in a position to give me the status of the vehicle delivery.

I then took the matter into my own hands. Started my own search by calling Livingston Transport, the company that initially picked up the car and worked my way by spending about 2 hours on the phone to locate the car. To my shock, I was told by AA Auto Transport Service in San Diego that my vehicle will not be released until DAS called them and request to deliver the vehicle. In the meanwhile I sent an email to Move Guides, my primary contact to let them know that the vehicle was already in Vancouver since they were not able to update about the status of the vehicle. On Tuesday, 22 November, 2016, I received a call from Monica of DAS and was told that the vehicle has been impounded by AA Auto Transport Service in Vancouver due to a previous unrelated issue they have with DAS. My vehicle is yet to be delivered by DAS.
