Recently, I received a best service from Eagle Moving Group. It's been a pleasure to use its services and I have to say, they totally exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, their team was incredibly honest and transparent about their pricing and services. They provided a detailed breakdown of all costs and there were no hidden fees or surprises along the way. I was particularly impressed with their ability to make promises and deliver on them. They handled my luggage carefully and made sure they arrived at my new place in perfect condition. In addition, their responsiveness throughout the process was commendable. They answered all my questions quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. I recommend Eagle Moving Group for anyone in need of a reliable and professional moving company. I highly recommend it.

We went through the contents of the house. They gave me two dates for the move based on what I wanted and told me they would let me know the Friday before to confirm. Then, they called the Wednesday before to make sure they get a more accurate inventory after I was done packing. The one complaint I had was that I didn't get the call on Friday to confirm the move on Monday. They're closed over the weekend so there was no way to find out if they were coming Monday or not which is a little more nerve-wracking than I would have preferred. I had to be ready Monday morning, even though I didn't know if they were coming, which is frustrating. Other than that, everything else was great. The movers did well handling my things.

The sales rep for Eagle gave me a quote and I told him I'd call him back because I was gonna take a couple of other estimates. He ended up being not necessarily the cheapest. But being insured and bonded, I figured that Eagle was the way to go. It wasn't that much more, so I called him back and went with Eagle. I went over the inventory list with Josh before the movers came. We estimated about 30 boxes, which ended up being 35 boxes.

I hired Eagle Moving based on their great positive reviews and I was not disappointed at all! They came exactly on time and were ready to go. They handled all of my items with great care and everything arrived excellently. The group of three gentleman that assist my move were courteous and hard workers. One of my smaller boxes, which I had not yet noticed was missing, by chance got left behind on their truck and they took it upon themselves to hand deliver it to my house without me even query. I have heard horror stories from friends about movers, but these guys are the real deal. They really went above and beyond for me and that is hard to find these days. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the area, can't say enough good things about them!

We were under a tight timeline, and Eagle was the quickest one to get here. Everything was great, except every time we met with them, the price seemed to go up. The first time, it was just a walk through the house. The second time, they had someone call me. So, my price pretty much doubled. Then, I was given some misinformation on box sizes. So, when the movers got here, it went up a little more. That was probably part of my fault, too. So, I can't blame them.

We were so impressed with Eagle Moving Group. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The movers arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully, and made sure all of our items were packed securely. I highly recommend using this company for your next move.

The movers not only moved our stuff but also fixed our wobbly dining table on the spot! They even knew to place my aunt's teacup collection on the top shelf so that nothing happened to it. These folks rock!

I was worried about the condition of my chandelier as it was being moved, but thanks to the movers' meticulous packing, it made it to its new home unscathed. Sheets and bubble wrap were used to protect every single thing.

My experience is similar to many others here. Eagle engaged in deceptive business practices and may charge you significantly more than the quoted price. I am now being charged $4,700 for a move that was quoted at $2,650. As a moving broker, Eagle provides you a “binding” estimate and then sells/transfers the contract to another company that will actually do the move. I paid a $1,000 deposit for a move that was quoted at $2650. On the date of the move, the mover arrived and stated that the items on the inventory list in the “binding” estimate would actually require more space in the truck and packing materials than estimated and that I would have to pay $4,000. Eagle told me I had to pay the $4,000 or forfeit my deposit.

This company is not even a moving company. They are just the middleman and they subcontract to another company which is even worse than these guys. This Eagle company initially tries to give a low quote in order to gain our business and if we fall for it we are totally doomed. Unfortunately we believed in their lowest quote of our move from Texas to Colorado in August 2023. We worked with Daniel **. Initially he was so respectful and seemed so genuine in giving us a quote. We did a video chat to show him all the things that need to be packed and he said he took notes of everything and asked us to add everything first and if we need to remove it later we can remove it and so they will adjust the price but adding later would be difficult. We did as he said and added most.
