Easy Auto Ship vehicle shipping services
Easy Auto Ship transport services include open transport, enclosed car shipping, door-to-door transport, heavy equipment transport, international auto transport and more. The company transports various vehicle types, including cars, trucks, RVs, motorcycles, boats, tractors and golf carts.
Easy Auto Ship recommends booking transport at least two weeks in advance; one month is ideal. You can get a quote and complete your booking online or by calling. Last-minute scheduling is possible.

There's no cost to schedule auto transport with Easy Auto Ship; you aren’t charged a deposit until a carrier is assigned. There are several ways to pay: You can get a cash discount of $150 if you put a card on file for the deposit and pay the balance by cash, cashier’s check or money order upon delivery. You can also pay in full upfront by credit card or PayPal.
If you need to cancel transport with Easy Auto Ship, you can get a full refund of your deposit as long as no carrier has been assigned. If a carrier has been scheduled, you may have to pay a service fee of up to $195.

I was moving from Alaska to San Diego and my first shipping company only went to Tacoma. I previously booked with a large auto transport company and they were incredibly incompetent and super awful. My car had been sitting for five days and I couldn't get ahold of them. I ended up canceling with them and googling car shipments and looking at reviews and Easy Auto Ship, a smaller company, was super wonderful. I called them and explained to them the situation I was in. Not only were they incredibly professional and explained all my different options, but they were also personally empathetic towards the frustration I was feeling and made it clear that they found the other company's conduct completely unacceptable.
They said they could find me a driver within four days. The day after that, they said they already found me one, and then within 24 hours, my car had been shipped. It was very quick. Having a car shipped is something that's so stressful and using this smaller company was best because I knew my car was going to get lost in the amount of orders. It's really nice to be able to form personal connections with the people who are in charge of it. They were just as accountable as a larger company.

I was very happy with the agent, Anthony. We schedule one appointment. But then, the driver realized that the size of the car was too big, so he canceled that. I got that information through a message, that's why I wasn't really happy with that because I didn't see that message. The seller was waiting for the transportation because the pickup was confirmed. When I got the message, I didn't let him know that this pickup would not happen that day and he was a little upset with me. Anthony's assistant sent me another message with another confirmation. That driver checked the size of my vehicle, so he said, "Yeah, I'll take it." He showed up the next day, and he picked up the car. I discussed with Anthony that next time if they have to update something, they should call me because sometimes we are busy and don't have a chance to pick up the message all the time. He was okay with that. He said, "You're absolutely right." But everything was great.
But the only thing I was upset with was, I drove from New York, Queens to New Jersey to pick up my car. I had a job that day. The driver said he was gonna be in the location between 8:00 AM and 9:00. So if someone says between 8:00 and 9:00, I'll be in location 8:00. I can wait, because it's my business, my car. I can wait for the driver. But if the driver shows up at 11:15, it's not cool. I was late at work and my boss was upset with me. Except for that, everything was fine. Service was great. The guy was nice as well.

Easy Auto Ship made the arrangements for shipping the car that I bought from Virginia to North Carolina. When the car was picked up, they gave the driver my name and number, then they gave me their name and number. They gave me an estimate of when it would be here and it got here a little bit early. He was supposed to come on Thursday and he was here on Wednesday night. He said he could either drop it off on Wednesday night at 10:00 or first thing the next morning. Since my wife makes me go to sleep really early, he was here the next morning at 7:30, which was perfect so my wife could see it before she went to work. The delivery was perfect as well and I was very pleased. My wife met the driver, said he was a great guy, and she hates everybody.
The woman I dealt with at Easy Auto was tremendous, too. I had a bit of issue with the dealership. I originally had one car picked out then on the day it was supposed to be delivered, they called and told me that the front had been hit. They sent it to go get fixed and there was going to be a report of a repair done on CARFAX. So, they ended up getting a different car at the same price. But that had nothing to do with the shipper. The rep from Easy Auto was initially involved in that initial shipment and she was really great with setting up the shipment of the second car on short notice. All in all, the service was better than I was anticipating.

Our contact with Easy Auto Ship, Brandon, was responsive. It was him that really made us choose Easy Auto, and also the reason why we had such a great experience. Even though it wasn't an ideal experience, it was an acceptable experience because of how he handled it. He always answered the phone whenever I called. He was always helpful but honest. He was really the only bright spot the whole time. We really wanted to go before Christmas. The whole thing got screwed up because it was during that big Arctic freeze, and it was between Christmas and New Year's. Shippers aren't shipping and they couldn't find a shipper. So, there was a lot of pain points, but he was the sweetness to that pain point.
I like Easy Auto's transparency and they were like, "Okay, we just mark it up. The rest of it goes to the actual shipper." We paid the shipper in cash. So, we could see actually what they're making on it versus a quote that changes. They did give us options. If we wanted to guarantee a ship, that was where it got a little bit weird. We got delayed in our pickup date. I don't know if we had paid more to say, "Absolutely ship it," if that would have done anything. So, I don't understand how the mechanics work, but I like their transparency in the whole transaction.
As far as the delivery, it didn't take long. I was not there for the pick up. We did have a problem but at that point, we've already paid the person. The car showed up so darn dirty, you couldn't see a single thing at all on it. It came across the country. It's filthy. We walked around the car, and it all looked fine. A week later, I finally get the car to the car wash and washed it down. They had strapped the bumper down maybe so tight or somewhere maybe in the jiggling, and it completely scraped the back bumper. It also took out one of the sensors. So, that was unfortunate. At that point though, I don't think there was any recourse because we've signed off and said, "Look, the car has arrived. We've inspected it. It looks fine." Shame on us for not understanding that dirt can hide things that might be necessary to see.

Easy Auto Ship was fantastic. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism that they showed me. Abby was the person at Easy Auto Ship that took care of everything. I didn't quite believe her at first. She said, “Don't worry, I got this handled.” I had already talked to a number of major carriers that couldn't get this handled, and I was worried because I had a deadline. They got me the perfect carrier.
Easy Auto Ship was in contact with me the whole time. They followed up. They had called and said they had hoped to get the car here on Thursday. The driver called Thursday and said, “I've got good news and bad news. I can't get there Thursday afternoon. But I'll get it there Friday morning. We're running a little bit late.” I had requested if there was any way they could do Friday morning. It would benefit me because I had something going on that night that I was going to need to leave that afternoon. He said no problem. He got here early. On the information of getting the car to me, it showed some roundabouts. He was very concerned about the big truck. I told him it was not gonna be a problem. He did it and said it was perfect.
I was super impressed with the carrier himself. I've had cars delivered to me before. The previous time, I was not happy at all with a special car that I received. With this guy, the cars on the bottom were covered. My car came in fine shape. When he removed it from the truck, he was super careful. It was a very expensive car, and I was worried sick. He did a fantastic job. I've already mentioned them to several people about booking through them.

Easy Auto Ship's rep was incredible. I had never done anything like that before. And even when there was a blip where the first company that bid on picking up my car couldn't meet my pickup time, she reached back to me before I got a turn down notice from that first company, letting me know they had backed out and given it one more day and see what happens. Another carrier came up, reached out and took care of the gig. So, before I could have even been worried about it, she called me out of the blue and told me what was going down.
Michael reached out, letting me know he was picking up the car. I sent him a photo of the claim ticket because it was in an airport lot. And he connected with them, got the car, reached out ahead of time, letting me know how close he was. I reached back, letting him know where I was and coordinated the pickup. He was 10 minutes early from what he told me he would deliver. I live in a hotel. So, it was easy. He just pulled right up here in the parking lot.
A buddy of mine is a car dealer here in Ohio. I passed along the company and Rachel's name, because my dealer buys off the internet all the time. The dealer even sent me a name of his guy that he uses. And Easy Auto Ship was $300 less, so I got a better price and service. And the quote was spot-on. If I have to do this again, I will use them. I'm sure I'll be able to pass along info to snowbirds who have to do it.

Shipping my car with Easy Auto Ship could not have been better. The initial customer service person was extremely patient with my questions and described the process thoroughly. Everything worked exactly as described. The gentleman who picked up my car was prompt, efficient, and offered suggestions and helpful information. After working with him on the pickup, I had complete confidence that everything would work smoothly and it did. The car arrived in perfect shape and on time.

Car was picked up on time and delivered on time as promised. Very courteous drivers. Definitely use again! I have used Easy Auto in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Easy Auto Ship was very easy to work with, the people were so nice and the process was extremely affordable, easy and clear from the beginning. When I initially submitted for a quote online, someone called me right away, asked me my needs and completely explained the process to me. I then received a breakdown email. Someone contacted me the day before my car was picked up with a window of time for the following day and then an hour before pick up. Same with drop off. I have never worked with such an attentive company who prioritizes the customer. I couldn’t recommend Easy Auto Ship and its partners more.

This company truly lives up to its name "Easy Auto", and my experience with them was amazing. I had to transport my car from WV to NC, and despite the time pressure, they made sure to select a high-quality driver. This level of excellence was evident throughout the entire process, from my initial call to get a quote until my car was delivered to my driveway.
The representative of the company demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. Corey ** was both professional and friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Even on his day off, the person who assisted me showed that she cared about my needs. Additionally, the company's choice of driver was highly commendable, as the driver was extremely professional.
