Dwayne is always knowledgeable and friendly. He is always willing to put in the time to figure out why and how the bugs are entering our house. Office is friendly when I reach out to them. We have used this company for many years.

Tom ** did an outstanding job in evaluation our Surf Avenue Condo Association Complex for termite damage which had occurred previously. The inspection was under our warranty agreement and Erlich was quick to respond and send a representative out to check.

We have always had to best experience with our technician Katie. She always on time, friendly, professional, and pays attention to details! We hope Katie will always be the technician that treats our property! Thank you, Thank you for all you do!

Had issue with mice in the attic. Called and was immediately contacted by Kirk and made a quick appointment to evaluate the problem. Checked out attic, basement and even when outside to check for entry points. Was informative and assuring. Due to a vacation planned he was very accommodating with contacting me and setting up future appointments. Great experience.

We received a phone call about our house inspection. We assumed this was our annual pest control house inspection and agreed to the appointment. We also had my husband take the day off so he could meet with the inspector to discuss our 365 pest control. Much to our dismay the house inspection was to discuss roofing and insulation. We consider this a bait and switch tactic. We are extremely disappointed that Ehrlich did this to us and are so disgruntled that we are looking for another pest control service.

Although our termite inspection was already performed on Feb. 20, 2023 by Mr. Scott **, another employee showed up unannounced and unscheduled today (3/3/2023). Obviously, the lack of scheduling within your company continues.

So discouraging when you just email a time and it’s the next day without even checking. Folks need more than a day’s notice. Always end up cancelling, tell them and guess what they just keep doing. Never had a problem when I set up with my technician 3 months in advance. So discouraged after it continues to happen. I’m considering a different pest company. I’ve been with you folks 45 yrs and never had this issue till you merged.

Would have liked to have been called in advance. Was not home, so tech could not get into the house to treat inside areas. Bait in crawl space could not be checked. Don't know if bait needs to be replaced/refreshed.

Kirk **, Erlich, spent time in our home and on the phone to educate us on how to handle our pest problem. He answered our questions, was patient with our frustration, and gave us hope that our problem will be handled with care and dignity, and solved in a timely manner. We’re hopeful, thanks to Kirk.
