Communication was great & my emails and phone calls were answered immediately. Drivers were found even though the drivers didn’t pick up the jobs until a few days before. Vehicles were picked up & delivered on time with no damage to either vehicle. Eship reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the delivery. Very polite to work with and eased my mind about finding drivers when I was nervous about them not being picked up.

This was the first time I’ve ever had to hire a company to transport a car from New York to Florida. Not knowing much I received many estimates from many companies. Some really low and some high. Mark Anthony was the first person to actually take the time to explain the process to me. He wasn’t the cheaper nor the highest, but was the most professional and educational. From my first phone call to the delivery of my daughter's car to her. Everything was easy breezy in the exact price he quoted me. I highly recommend a eShip with Mark Anthony.

Eship always is a great company. They are punctual and always deliver on time. I have transported 3 cars through them so far. They will remain my company of choice. Great prices is cherry on the cake!! The online process of booking is seamless. The drivers always arrive within the agreed window and deliver on time. No idea how they are so awesome!!

I have shipped my child's car to/from the west coast and back to our home and all three trips were easy to set up/schedule. The staff has been outstanding and answers any question(s) that I have had along the way. Very professionally run company and it has been a very "no stress" way to move my child's car since I have no worries from the time it gets picked up until its arrival. I HIGHLY recommend eShip as I will use them again anytime I need to move my car or other family cars and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs car(s) transported.

My shipping experience was done professionally by these two people and I couldn't be more pleased. I don't know them but they took good care of me and my cars. Thank you both.

If I could give negative stars I would. From my experience all the reviews on here are bogus. Mark ** is the worst representative you'll ever come across in the broker business except if it came down to being completely dishonest. My 2023 truck was damaged on Aug 25 and I immediately reached out to him and sent the pictures and he told me to get an estimate and he would send over the carrier's insurance info to get it taken care of. Almost 6 weeks later and I've yet to receive anything but a bunch of lies, he refused to give me the driver's info that he booked and I had to call from a restricted number to get those lol because he stopped answering calls or returning emails. I don't think they vet any driver as the website states and when I asked about their company covers what the driver doesn't I haven't heard from him since and no attempt to get this right. Please beware if using ship and if you get a broker named Mark ** then run for the hills.

I contacted eShip and spoke to Joanna regarding shipping our car. She quoted me $2,100 for the car transport. I didn't hear back from her until I called again two days later. I was going to cancel at that time, but Joanna assured me she would find a driver. However, again, no communication until I called her back a third time. And now she raised the quote to $2,900! Needless to say, I was upset after she wasted three days of my time when I could have found another car transport company. I believe Joanna lowballed the quote to entice me to eShip! And then she pulled the bait-and-switch tactic! In closing, there are so many car transport companies out there bidding for your job. Unfortunately, I didn't know how the industry worked with car transport brokers. As a result, I believe that Joanna, with eShip, took advantage of me and my time!

Mark A was my agent the 2nd time around. He was super helpful securing shipping my car from NJ back to CO. They got me the best rate possible with a small extra fee for up to ~300lbs which helped us out tremendously. Very responsive! Car is in perfect condition! Thank you!

I used this service previously to transport my cars and I was happy with it and that was the reason I contacted them recently BUT I was disappointed. The agent was very rude and cynical and the whole process was stressful although I booked it with ample time. Instead of making it one trip (from West-to-East coasts) he made it half-way with double the price!, I still have to do it in second step but definitely I will not use him again. The price was not an issue for me and he cornered me in the last day with overpriced job.

Please give Carolyn 5 Stars for getting this move done during a busy time for truckers. Will be back again in Fall for help in Florida return. Will be asking for Carolyn. This is 3 or 4 years you have helped me out.
