I had contacted the Goldco site through a recommendation from one of the podcasts that I watch. Upon going to the website and putting in the initial information requested, the next screen came up indicating that I would receive a special coin if I called the number given before the representative called me. When I dialed this number, the gentleman who answered the phone did so with "hello" only. He did not introduce himself nor the company until I specifically asked who I was talking to. I was reluctant at that time to give him any more information because I was not sure that I hadn't somehow found myself into a scam site due to the unprofessional greeting.

I am new to precious metals. The initial Account Executive (W.H.) I talked with about rolling over my 457(b) to a Goldco Precious Metals IRA was very patient, answering all of my questions, explaining as many times as was needed for me to understand things better, without seeming to get impatient. He even intervened when Equity Institutional's IRA Specialist made many mistakes on the application. He completed it himself, & then things went a lot smoother. He was very professional, personable, and kind on the phone.

Excellent and very quick service. Everyone that has contacted me has been pleasant and efficient. Previous reviews of Goldco rate the company at the top of Gold/Silver companies. Both Gary and myself have moved our IRA accounts and had exceptional service. At this point we are pleased and look forward to our continued business with Goldco. We would definitely recommend the company to others. We plan to purchase additional silver and gold to add to our collection that we have already invested in. We are fairly new to this avenue of investing and appreciate that everything is explained to us and questions professionally answered.

I am very pleased to be able to leave a well-deserved 5-star comment for my first-time experience with GoldCo. My Account Manager, and the others' involved in the transaction, have made me feel very comfortable by explaining (in great and easy to understand detail) every facet of what I needed to do and what to expect before signing on the proverbial dotted line. I don't think I could have asked for a more knowledgeable and polite group of industry professionals to help me understand the risks and benefits of investing in precious metals; and as such, I was able to make an even more intelligent and informed decision about how or if I should invest my money in precious metals for future retirement. That in of itself is worth its weight in gold (pun intended) knowing that the Investment Manager has the potential client's best interest at heart instead of just rushing to make a sale.

I just completed my first order of Precious Metals through Goldco. I am a senior citizen anxious and concerned about the direction our country is heading in and wanted to move quickly in the purchase of Precious Metals. The agents and staff at Goldco provided me with the knowledge and confidence to proceed quickly into an order and confirmation. They were practical and consistent in informing me of the process using ethical professionalism and integrity. Educational materials and supporting information were provided quickly and efficiently. Questions were answered immediately and adequately with the help of visual aides.

I was slammed and lied to. Be aware!!!! Goldco is charging $70/ounce for silver and I was told otherwise on the phone call, I was told it was double, 2 ounces. When I got their invoice it was one ounce. What liars, don’t ever use them. I can’t get them to respond. This infuriates me as they lied through their teeth, I left messages to cancel. I’m not paying $70 ounce for silver when the identical product sells for $33.

1.They charged a handling fee that was almost as much as the value of the purchase. 2.They never gave me the free 10% silver as promised. 3. Now they will not even take my phone call, or return my messages. I expected better than that from a company that was highly recommended. My account value started out at about half of what I gave to Goldco, and I opened the account before the precious metals went up like crazy.

Easy to do and great customer service. Rolling my 401 K and or Profit-sharing was simple. The price is based off premium silver. They are always there to answer any questions I have. My Dad always said never mess with a person's money but these folks are solid, I believe.

I requested GoldCo's "wealth protection guide" back in March. I didn't follow through, thinking it would be a hassle to open a new account. On the contrary, it was a process made easy thanks to the knowledgeable staff (Matt, David, Margaret). My questions were readily answered, no pressure whatsoever. I rolled over a portion of my 403b, so I can now say that my portfolio is more diversified. I am glad that I chose GoldCo after checking out other precious metals IRA companies.

My being new at buying gold or silver allowed the salesperson to talk me into coins instead of gold or silver plate. It may not be the fault of the company, but it takes wayyyy too long to get the metals. I have been waiting since April 23. A long term investment that has yet to start.
