When I went on line to find à car transportation option, I was flooded with texts, emails and phone calls. Daunting. I’d never shipped a car before. I was overwhelmed. The reason I picked Mercury is that David Hilty took the time send an exhaustive description of how the car transport industry works. It gave me confidence at the outset. Because of this thoughtful approach, I was reassured I was dealing with a thorough guy who understood that it’s stressful to send your car in this way.

I started looking into shipping my son’s car Audi Q3 from PA - Oregon in May. I filled out a few online pricing estimates, my BIGGEST MISTAKE! Immediately my phone started ringing, texts, emails the volume was just unbearable & annoying ASF! The cost was all over the map from $775 - $2800. I wasn’t shipping until the first week of August, but I didn’t know where to start.

We had a great experience with Mercury Auto Transport. We needed to move a vehicle cross country and received bids from a dozen different transport companies. We chose Mercury Auto Transport because they were upfront with their pricing. The agent who reached out to us, Dean **, sent several emails with information about the auto transport industry and what to expect. I was impressed with his transparency, so I reached out to Dean and decided to use his company. He explained the whole process from start to finish and gave me a fair price. He explained how much of the fee he received as the agent, and how much would go to the truck driver. He gave me his best estimate of how much time it would take to deliver our vehicle and his estimates were very close to what happened.

Michael ** did a great job keeping me informed on the status and providing some valuable tips. Once a shipper was found was when things went down a little. The price increased by $400 and at first I was okay with it. However, once the shipper accepted the car he wore the battery down trying to start it (POC on shipping end started and drove it with no problem). They pushed the car onto the trailer. The car was supposed to deliver on 19 Jun and they were supposed to keep me updated. Mercury reached out to me about 1130 on 19 Jun to find out if the shipper had contacted me. At that point I had heard nothing.

High quality transport and most excellent customer service. The representative was extremely helpful l. He made that you understood the whole process of how the vehicle would be shipped. He broke it down step by step and he made sure you got in contact with the driver. The driver was also helpful. He gave a call when picking up the vehicle. He also sent picture prior to loading the vehicle. He gave me the time and date of arrival.

Spencer ** was very approachable and explaining everything thoroughly. The driver let us pay 150$ for the luggage which was disappointing. The car wasn't full but he insisted over luggage so we don't have a choice. If only we know like this, we may find another driver. The agent Sir Spencer was excellent but the driver....

Joel ** set everything up for my car to go from Florida to NY. He was very upfront with the process. Would highly recommend using Joel for your situation. His knowledge of car transportation was spot on. Everything was on time and price was very competitive. Thanks so much. Look forward to doing future business.

The transport of our vehicle from Tucson, AZ to Longview, WA was made so much easier with Melissa **'s assistance. From her first contact she educated us and removed any mystery about the process. I was contacted by many drivers hoping I'd choose them but I sensed Melissa would be the most careful and precise. She intervened when I needed help as I was not present on the day the car was loaded onto the trailer. The driver, Alex, was professional and handled the car with care, advising me when he was delayed two hours at delivery. Together Melissa and Alex were the capable team I'd needed. Can't thank them enough for a job well done!

I have never shipped a car before so I took days doing research. Mercury had really good info on site and competitive quote. I received amazing support from Eric ** in CA. His 16 years of experience was valuable. I trusted him to do his best. He really cares about his customers. Shipped a car from Oregon Coast to Glenwood Springs Co. Even in remote location, shipper confirmed first day of posting. Car picked up a day early and delivered a day early! The whole process was smooth. Thanks again Mercury and Eric.
