I sincerely appreciate your assistance with our relocation from FL to TX. Since this was our first time using a moving service, we had many questions about what to plan and how everything would go. We were clear that we were in competent hands. Max was able to conduct a virtual walkthrough when he phoned and provided us with a very accurate price. Much more accurate than the other two estimates we got from other companies. Mike took care of the payments and informed us of the pickup time and what to expect from the drivers. He made sure they could park their vehicle on our street by calling me before the move to confirm.

I recently moved across the nation with these moving services, and I must tell, it changed everything! The group was really kind and competent. They took the time to learn about my requirements and showed up equipped with the necessary tools to help the relocation go as smoothly as possible. The way they treated my delicate possessions, including my collection of priceless vases and my delicate crystal chandelier, particularly pleased me. These things were handled with the utmost care and transported to my new house in excellent shape.

Mover Van Lines made the move for my family quick and stress free. They were able to accommodate my schedule on short notice and walked me through everything I needed to do to prepare for their arrival. The crew was friendly, efficient, and very attentive to every detail. They moved smoothly and quickly and took great care when moving items out of the house and onto the truck. They did a fantastic job with the pieces that required disassembling and reassembling once in the new place. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of one smooth move!

I hired Mover Vanlines after a recommendation from a friend. The entire process was quick and simple. They did a great job of my move from beginning to end. I was nervous, as I had never used a moving company before, but the excellent customer service and professionalism of the movers who came to my house relieved all my concerns.

Three movers showed up on time and did a fantastic job of dismantling and packing our furniture and other boxed home goods. They were very polite, professional, and skilled. They also did an amazing job at the time of delivery, where they re-assembled all the furniture, and placed all boxes in the correct rooms of our new home. I was surprised at how well they wrapped all the furniture, as there was not a single scratch on anything. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Mover Van Lines!

I can only recommend to stay away from Mover Van Lines. Sales dept. promises fast delivery, but then after you wait for weeks. Items are lost, stolen and broken. Pickup and dropoff is super unprofessional. Nothing is checked out. Customer service is literally useless and not willing to go the extra mile. Not even an extra yard.

I have had a nightmare experience with this company. I hired them to move my belongings from CA to MI. When the truck arrived many items were missing including precious artwork and furniture. The items that did arrive were broken or missing pieces. I have been trying to get in contact with their claims department but all they tell me is that they’ll check their warehouse and let me know if they find anything. Why in the world would my belongings be in a warehouse?!? On top of overcharging for the move, they have “misplaced” or destroyed over $10,000 worth of items. Do not trust this company, they are scamming thieves!

Worst moving experience I've ever had. I have moved cross-country 3 times and Mover Van Lines was by far the worst. They have terrible communication skills and couldn't even tell me what month my things would be delivered. But it gets way worse... They destroyed many of my belongings, including a $3500 TV (which they packed but suspiciously didn't unpack at the destination), a hand-built table, and artwork. Additionally, they lost or stole several of my items and "will update me once they locate them." It's been several weeks. The BOL was not filled out when dropping off items so they have no idea what was really delivered compared to what was packed. This has been a nightmare of an experience and I truly hope someone will read this review before booking and choose to go with a different moving company.

Because of our previous good experience with them, we decided to employ them to assist us with moving our possessions from storage to our new apartment. Everything in the facility was handled with the utmost care, including our personal belongings.

Mover Van Lines did a great job of keeping track of time. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly because they worked well. Plus, they worked well as a team, which made the move as easy as possible.
