My recent move was a total drag until I found the right moving company. These guys were the real deal! They were patient with my demands and didn't try to jack up the price on me. They helped me pack everything up and even labeled everything so I wouldn't lose track of my stuff. Their team was super friendly and made the whole move a breeze.

I was apprehensive about using a new company on such short notice, but Mike and the other two movers were fantastic in every way! I chose to shop around after having concerns about another company's professionalism. First, when I called, Mike answered right away. He was incredibly considerate and direct. After asking me what I needed to relocate, he gave me a quote that included three movers, packing materials and transportation. The experience was truly worth paying for.

The service has always been satisfactory to me. The movers assisted me with my relocation, and they performed a fantastic job, like they usually do. The crew's early arrival was a huge help. During the course of our guided tour, they handled our belongings with the utmost care. They assured us they were following all COVID requirements for a secure move, and we felt safe with them wearing masks.

They were able to find me a good deal and find someone that was able to move everything from North Carolina to Illinois. The customer service setting it all up was fantastic. The rep was great. She also hooked me up with a car carrier that was able to ship the car as well. But the movers were terrible and it was a horrible experience with them.

We were totally blown away by how awesome Moving Direct Van Lines was at using bubble wraps. The artwork came in mint condition, with no damage or anything. We got some real pros who know how to use bubble wrap to keep your stuff safe and sound!
