Contracted with this company to ship my motorcycle that I purchased at an auction, this company subcontracted another company. My motorcycle was stolen and National Auto washed their hands of everything. I have never had to deal with such a unprofessional company ever. The time and money I have lost is disheartening.

So I’m on this Central Dispatch page, my company transports motorcycle and I have to cancel a pickup I had taken from National Auto Shipping and I was a day before or two before the pickup and I had to canceled on central do to bad weather. I get a negative rating which it’s not fair because I had canceled on time. I called the company and this lady tells me the only way she’ll remove the negative rating is if I pay her $200 dollars can you believe that kind of **. I said you must be crazy! This company is horrible and has some bad people managing it!

Service was all around great! Called in received a free quote to transport my Honda from CA to FL. Quote was a bit higher than the other quote received but base on the reviews on Google I decided to give them a try. The driver was amazing. He pick up on time and delivered sooner than anticipate. The ladies in the office were very help, answering question and assisting with paper work.

DO NOT USE National Auto Shipping! Their contracts are not worth the paper they are printed on. They are more interested in using their terms and conditions to swindle customers out of money than actually shipping your car. I scheduled a car pickup 40 days in advance, and confirmed pickup 2 days prior. ON THE DAY OF, I had to call them so they could inform me my car would not be getting picked up. The rep was very quick to quote their terms and conditions which apparently allow this behavior. They could pick the car up as scheduled, but wanted an extra $300 to do so. This is extortion. A supervisor offered to let me cancel for a full refund. TRICK! When I cancelled they kept $150 from my deposit. Terms and Conditions again. They didn't even have another pick up date to offer and they STILL kept my money!

I bought a Motorcycle to be transported from SD to Pa. It was late and that's ok, But it came with damage, Driver said you signed so delivery is complete, I stated the damage and driver said it's how it was picked up. We (I) have pictures showing NO damage to damage once delivered, Driver kept texting "you signed" "delivery is complete" or "people like you do this all the time" implying I was lying. Then told nothing can be done. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Do not use this service. Incredibly poor communication and customer service. I had an estimated delivery date of the 26-28 of May. Checked-in via email 3 separate times to confirm. They said they'd confirm closer to the ship date. When I heard nothing back from them, I called on the 27th for an update. They told me a driver would contact me on the 28th. Well, I called again today and now they've said that they don't know when the car can be shipped. They NEVER reached out with any updates regarding these issues, I seriously doubt they ever would if I hadn't called them. They gave a litany of excuses, but if there are issues, I shouldn't have to call your business to find out, the business should notify the customer. That gap in communication is unacceptable.

I cancelled my shipment outside of the 72 hour requirement window and National Auto still charged me for a processing fee and kept my full deposit of $195. After telling the company I wished to cancel, they would not answer my calls and offered no assistance in the cancellation of my transport. Avoid this company if all possible!

With over 20 years of experience shipping cars and motorcycles, National Auto Shipping is by far the worst experience I have had with transporting vehicles. They are extremely unprofessional with not returning calls, lying about delivery dates, and they are arrogant and rude when you attempt to solve an issue with them. Use anyone else for your shipping needs. I have a car to ship next week and it will not be booked with National Auto Shipping.

I contracted National Auto Shipping (NAS) on 21 December 2020. I went with them over several less expensive companies mainly because they assured me my vehicle would be picked up by 29 December. I completely understood the delay due to the holidays. After I filled out their form and it was returned to me, I noticed the “estimated pickup date” was 29 December. I spoke to them about it and they said that was normal.

I contracted National Auto Shipping to pick and deliver a motorcycle. The pick-up date was for the 11th of July. I contacted the dispatch on 3 separate dates prior to the scheduled pick-up date to ensure that it would be picked up on the 11th. Each time I called I was assured that it would be picked up. I explained that this was the only day that would work since the no-one lived at that residence and they would have to drive 3 hrs to meet the driver on that day.
