The 2 gentlemen I had the pleasure of working with Jason and Michael were very nice. I felt very comfortable asking questions and I was given back reasonable and easily understood answers. They were not pushy, and gave me information, choices, and I chose the one I wanted. Any information I had a question about, was answered fully and easily. I would recommend either of them. Nova Warranty has covered all aspects of customer service, in a good way! Asher was really patient, informative, respectful, and caring. He explained both plans to me and told me where I can repair my car. He also gave me a Triple AAA discount, which I loved! At the end of the day, when shopping for an auto warranty, You want to go with the company that you are most comfortable with. Nova Warranty is that company for me.

Signed up my Acura TLX with Lewis and could not be happier! He was so nice and professional. Offered me a discount for Senior Citizen, and Triple AAA. Nova went above and beyond for me and really showed me that they cared. I have a few friends that signed up with Nova as well and has told me that the claim process went incredibly smooth. I am very confident and satisfied.

Nova Warranty provided exceptional service and respect. I spoke with over 10 companies and Nova Warranty was the best out of all of them. They showed how much they cared and were very respectful and competitive. They offered me the Nova Superior plan which comes with a great roadside assistance package, direct pay-out, and powertrain coverage. I recently purchased an extended auto warranty from Nova Warranty. Starting off on my first phone call, I loved how informative they were. They were extremely respectful and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I recently had my first claim on 07/02/2023, They got back to me that same day requesting more information on what was going wrong with my vehicle. By 07/04/2023 the Dealership I used was paid out in full, DIRECTLY! I can not stress this enough, Nova Warranty is the company you want to represent. They are extremely quick, respectful, smart, and always keep their promises. Thank you so much for this amazing experience!

I had one of the most traumatizing experiences dealing with this business. I look over the reviews and I find it very hard to believe that any of them are legit and if they are then I’m happy because I was harassed, threatened. Made fun of lied to and treated with the most discussed that I have ever been treated by a company, there is only a handful of companies that I truly hate due to how horrid they are and I can now say Nova Warranty is one of them. I want all of my money back that I paid into monthly because I received not one positive thing from this company. They fulfilled not one word that they gave me. I was left, crying shaking and still having to deal with a company that shows no caring for humans. My interactions were all recorded. Please listen to them and if that’s how you wish to conduct your business and I advise everyone choose any other company but this one.

Took my Bentley Continental in for a repair last week. Nova's communication was great through email, phone, and even text. They paid out the claim as soon as they got the paperwork from the Bentley dealership. Even the dealership said that Nova did a great job. Was very satisfied overall, I have no complaints.
