I never had a phone call that wasn't answered. What they told me was true. Pan Transit was an overall really good company to work with. They were very honest throughout the whole process. They gave me a two-hour time window. They arrived right smack dab in the middle of it. The guys were all dressed in shirts. It was awesome. It was pretty easy compared to what I heard. All my paperwork was done first. Everything was explained. Then they came in, wrapped, and blanketed everything. It was a lot more simple than I thought it was gonna be. It took about four hours to get everything packed up and ready to go. But that was to be expected. I have a lot of stuff. I didn't get one bad feeling from the entire experience. The guys were great. It didn't seem like they were slacking off or they just cared about the money. They were really a professional company. I was so impressed and forever grateful.

We are pleased to write a letter of recommendation. This was by far the best moving experience we have ever had. I didn't have to think about coordinating elevators or finding boxes or hoping for expert movers and packers. They provided everything. All of our treasures were packed completely and with expert care. It didn't matter if we were moving a couple of blocks away or across the nation, everything was expertly packed. The men took great care and pride in their work, they listened to me and accommodated me in every way I asked. We have nearly 20 years of collecting and antiquing and saving valuable treasures from our children's lives and everything arrived safely to our new home. I would recommend this company to anyone moving and I will surely use them again. Thank you for a perfect move.

They were really easy to work with and very friendly. They answered all my questions. They asked me if I needed packing and storage. Once I gave them that information, they gave me a total price for what my move would cost. The rep was very thorough and personable. He asked me questions that I didn't even think to give him answers on. I would have missed some things otherwise. He was great to work with.
The moving crew called me the day before to give me a timeframe. Then they called me when they were getting close by to give me a heads-up. Once they got there, the foreman did a walkthrough of the house with me and looked at what I was moving to make sure that everything I had listed was what was actually going. They got everything packed and loaded. It was nice that they were quick. They were very efficient so I could tell they do that every day. The supervisor was very friendly with me and explained how they kept the items safe and why the guys packed like that. It helped me understand better and feel more comfortable about my items being transported. I have already referred Pan Transit to the company I'm working for that helped me with the relocation.

Pan Transit was great. However, the third-party company they sent me to, Streamline, was absolutely terrible. They were very unprofessional and they were not contacting. It took me leaving a bad review on Google to get them to call me back. Not to mention my boxes were messed up. They also broke a table. It's been a headache. I'm in line to get some compensation for that. Other than that, Pan Transit was very communicative and informative throughout the whole process. They made the moving situation a lot easier.

After speaking with their rep Benoit, I was satisfied with the price. The movers who did the actual boxing were very professional and they answered all my questions. They were very careful with my things and I really liked that. They didn't take breaks that I saw and they had everything they needed. They got everything put together really well. This was the first time I made this type of move so I was very nervous about it. Everything worked really well and I was satisfied all the way around. I had peace of mind. The movers arrived on time so I was pleased with them. I'm so glad I chose Pan Transit.

I was misled by this company. They quoted one price. Once they loaded the furniture, the price almost doubled. They said they would deliver one day, then changed their minds. They do not guarantee a delivery day so enter at your own risk. Additionally, items will go missing, so don’t ship anything that can’t afford to lose.
