Terrible terrible warranty. Paid all that money. They don’t cover anything. I want my money back or I’m getting a lawyer! I can’t even believe how terrible this warranty is. PWI I would not advise anyone!

Updated on 02/20/2023: This company is giving me the cold shoulder, they are not responding, I took my truck where they instructed me, the owner/mechanic confirmed the engine knock, they will not honor the claim, they say nothing is wrong, it certainly is knocking. I had to pay 255 dollars diagnostic fee, I am a Gas/Diesel mechanic for 42 years now, I want my 2450 dollars refunded and I will fix it myself, I am calling my lawyer who is free of charge to me and filing a suit if they do not contact me personally as promised.
Original Review: I have a 2013 Ford F-150, started having an engine knock, I took it where they suggested and the owner/mechanic confirmed it, PWI called me 7 days later and denied the claim because they sent an evaluator of some sort (not a mechanic) who said there is nothing wrong and told me to have the shop tear down the engine and find the problem, at my cost if nothing is found, which would be extremely expensive if they send another so-called evaluator, I think my only recourse is to have my lawyer/ friend take it from here, at this point I want my 2600 dollars back that I paid for this warranty scam company. I am a gas/diesel mechanic 43 years and I know what is wrong as the mechanic At CC fabricators where they sent me knows as well. Waste of money, I want it refunded and fix it myself!!!

My 2015 Kia has no 4 wheel drive. Got the warranty when we bought the car. Took it to shop to get it checked out. Shop had to take the transfer case out to find the problem and send PWI adjuster photos which they did. Then about a week later was told that they would not cover the repair because it was not a covered part but it is part of the transmission. So now I get to pay for them checking the car out and putting it back together and have to pay to get another transmission and get it installed. Should have kept my money and took my chances the cost to fix. It is estimated at 4900 dollars. What a rip off this company is. The adjuster was kind of rude also.
