Regal Assets also partners with Franck Muller to sell Encrypto collection watches.

    Pros & Cons

    Pros

    • Segregated vault storage
    • Flat annual fee
    • Offers crypto IRA investments

    Cons

    • Packages start at $5,000
    • No online pricing for precious metals

    Bottom Line

Regal Assets’ Regal IRA can help you invest in precious metals and cryptocurrencies. It provides segregated storage and a flat fee structure, and the company claims this type of account was the first of its kind.

Gold and other precious metal IRAs are an investment and carry risk. Consumers should be alert to claims that customers can make a lot of money in these or any investment with little risk. As with any investment, you can lose money and past performance is not a guarantee of future performance results. Consumers should also obtain a clear understanding of the fees associated with any investment before agreeing to invest.

    What is Regal Assets?

Regal Assets is an alternative asset investment firm that specializes in a proprietary IRA you can use to invest in both precious metals and cryptocurrencies. Regal Assets lets you buy precious metals and other investment products for use in its proprietary IRA or home delivery.

Starting a Regal IRA takes four steps:

    1. You fill out the company’s online form.
    2. A customer service representative should contact you within 24 hours to offer help.
    3. You transfer your funds into your Regal IRA.
    4. You place an order with Regal Assets. The company provides a fee and commission schedule, so you’ll know your costs before committing to anything.

    • Merchant Package ($5,000): This package includes a reserve of gold and silver designed for easy liquidation.
    • Knighthood Package ($10,000): This package is made for family security. It has the same allotment of assets as the Merchant Package but with a more substantial amount of gold and silver.
    • Legacy Portfolio ($25,000): This portfolio has metals and cryptocurrency with immediate profit potential, as determined by Regal Assets.
    • Kingship Portfolio ($50,000): This option diversifies a portion of your portfolio into precious metals and cryptocurrency. The package is designed to help protect your investments from inflation and position you for short-term gains.
    • Dynasty Portfolio ($100,000): This portfolio is meant to support a retirement plan. The package is designed for both returns and stability against inflation and economic instability. It’s diversified into cryptocurrency and metals with lower risk, too.
    • Coronation Portfolio ($250,000): This portfolio is intended for high net-worth individuals or institutional investors. It's designed for long-term wealth-building with metals and cryptocurrency and customized to your needs.

Regal Assets is a scam that has been stealing customers IRAs for years now. They bombard the internet with websites they own with reviews they pay to create. Many customers are unable to retrieve their funds as the company will not return phone calls, emails, or texts. I encourage you to go to search them on RIPOFF REPORT and see for yourself. Be careful as they are affiliated with many companies and websites that promote their illegal deeds. I have experienced all I have said above - these people have no good intention.

One year ago, on December 20, 2021, I invested $75,000 to purchase silver and gold assets through Regal Assets, LLC. On that date the money was wired from my self-directed IRA from Community National Bank, Seneca, KS to Regal Assets. A couple of months passed but the account continued to show that it was "awaiting delivery" of the metals. After numerous inquiries and a couple of more months, on June 10, 2022, I finally got in touch with Regal Assets' president, Leah **, whose office was in Waco, TX.

In writing, via email correspondence, Leah ** made promise after promise to settle my account and return my money. Every promise went unfulfilled. Leah ** then stopped responding. I then discovered that Leah ** stopped responding because she is no longer with the company. So, I began corresponding with Sarah **, the Administrative Executive to Tyler Gallagher, the owner of Regal Assets, LLC. According to Sarah **, only Tyler Gallagher can settle my account.

It has been over two months since I began corresponding with Sarah **. And just like with Leah **, promises made and all unfulfilled. Tyler Gallagher has not responded. After a full year my investment is still “awaiting delivery” to the Delaware Depository. As far as I know, my money has been stolen. In my opinion, no one should ever do business with Regal Assets. Based on my experience over the past year, they are not trustworthy at the best, crooks at the worst.

Have had an account with them for three years and now they are inaccessible. They will not answer phones or respond to left messages. I have left messages on their answering machines and requested information without any response.

Regal Assets won't deliver our metals. The "President" of the company says she no longer works there and is forwarding our emails/phone messages to the "CEO". He won't deliver our metals or refund us our money. We believe something nefarious is going on with this company. Join our FB group: Victims of Regal Assets

Regal Assets Scam. Over five months is gone and I have received no evidence that they have done anything to deliver the metals or a refund. This was for an IRA investment. Bank can witness and I have documentation. We followed their procedure. No product delivered, no refund, and now they have stopped to reply to contact attempts. Do not deal with well known scammers. There is others.

      Reviewed July 15, 2022

In October 2021, my wife and I transferred funds from our two Fidelity accounts to Regal Assets to purchase metals for a total of over $2.6M. The funds were received by Regal Assets through the custodial bank, CNB Custody (Community National Bank), on Nov 10, 2021, we were told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the metals we subsequently ordered, into the Depository. For months following, we attempted to get status, each time getting no answer as to where the metals were.

In April 2022, after several messages and texts, the president of Regal Assets (Leah ***) sent us an email stating our metals had been received at the depository, and were waiting to be checked in to our account. As “proof,” she emailed us a hand-written shipping doc dated April 26th that we did not view as verifiable. From May 1 to June 5, we asked regularly when metals would be reflected in our account. Leah kept punting, stalling, not providing any direct answers. She gave us a litany of excuses, telling us she is picky with choosing our metals, the depository is short-staffed, they had a mishap with their paperwork, etc. Yet our accounts in the custodial company system still showed “awaiting metals.” On June 6, with no metals in our accounts, we reached out to CNB for help in resolving.

After several unsuccessful weeks receiving only reactive communication from Leah at Regal Assets, Leah indicated there were no metals and told us we could get a total refund on both accounts, which she agreed to provide June 8th. On June 10th, Leah claimed in email to CNB that she had sent in the request for same-day wire transfers from Bank of America and told us in email that my account funds would be “released on June 15th” and although we requested them numerous times, we did not receive wire transfer instructions or IMAD numbers which would allow us to track the wires. There is still no resolution and no such documentation from Bank of America.

She told us she met with BofA fraud and worked this out, but as of July 14th more than five weeks after Leah at Regal Assets had promised to refund the money and over 8 months after sending them our money, there is still no resolution or full funds back in our accounts. We’re certain this is evidence of fraud and have secured legal counsel as our next step. Buyer/investor beware, we have seen several other similar negative reviews on Regal Assets and we hope to avoid others being in our situation, having your money held hostage by this clearly nefarious metals investment firm.
