This was my first time using this type of service. I had 2 cars transferred from NJ to NV. The price was very reasonable. They called to tell me they would show up a day earlier and if that was ok. I told them yes. This was a huge plus for us as we had other timing issues elsewhere with this move. The gentleman who unloaded was professional, careful, and precise. All in all, this is a world class service. I would highly recommend Road Runner Auto Transport for anyone needing vehicles transferred.

Other than the price jumping up $50 3 days before pick up everything went well with moving my Jeep from Colorado to Texas. Would use them again. Arrived on time and in the same condition other than a little dirty from traveling down the highway. The driver wasn’t able to come to the house due to the trees that line the street so we met him at the entrance of the neighborhood. He was very nice and wasn’t upset about our miscommunication about where to meet him.

Great experience - I needed to book a car move last minute after some less than satisfactory interactions with the company I had originally booked, and they were there for me. After filling out the usual online order details, the driver was able to pick up my car the very same day - very friendly service, and just all around a nice guy. Since I wasn't sure when exactly I was going to be at my new house, he kept in frequent contact to make sure we could have an effortless hand-off. He arrived while my movers were moving my stuff into my house, and, after making sure I checked the car for any issues (there were none), a quick signature later and he was on his way.

I highly recommend RoadRunner Transport for your auto transportation needs. This car has been passed down from 1 child to the next while attending college and now it will be handed down to our youngest and final college kid. We brought it from Reno, NV to Lawndale, CA. Booking was easy, communication was great and driver went above and beyond my expectations. Since his big car carrier could not come down our street, he parked his truck blocks away and drove our car to our home. Not once did he complain or make excuses for us to have to figure out what to do since his truck couldn't reach us. He definitely went the extra mile. :)

Upon contacting your company I received courteous service and valid information. I was contacted a few days before pickup to answer any questions I might have. The car was picked up upon the time/date asked from Florida. It was delivered a few days later to Tucson AZ. The driver contacted me in total 4 times to confirm his progress. On the day of delivery the driver again called 3 times to arrange pick up on RTE 10. When I arrived the car was unloaded engine warmed and ready to go. The driver Darrell I found amiable, polite and affable. The whole episode was well-run, easy and stress-free. I whole heartily thank you and have no qualms to recommend your organization to whoever requires your services.

We scheduled our car to be transported from Washington state to Arizona. They gave us the date of pickup and we had someone waiting at the house for hours and they never showed up. No answer when trying to call them. The next day they let us know that it would be delayed until the next day. Again, no one showed up, no phone call, and no one answering the phone when we call. The next day they contacted us and said it would be picked up the following day. It did then get pickup up and transported to Arizona. The car was in good condition. The driver was very nice and did a great job dropping off the car. The main problem was lack of communication from Roadrunner Auto transport which was beyond aggravating.

With so much going wrong in the world, it’s a pleasure to write about something that went just as planned. Within minutes of finding Road Runner, I already had my appointment. A day later they picked up the car, the next day it was delivered all without missing a beat. It was easy. It was affordable and it was professional. Thank you.

My 1999 BMW was picked up in Arizona by a very knowledgeable and friendly driver. The car arrived in California on the allotted time in perfect condition and happy to be in the transporter. The driver was more than helpful in getting the car to me. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to transfer a car whether be a new car or an old car.

Made moving our car cross country very easy. We had it shipped California to Florida. Scheduled about a month out, car was picked up day after I said it would be ready and it got there the day the driver said it would. Worth not having to drive it ourselves.

This company was good in everything except in returning my calls/emails. I had agreed with a salesman on the phone for one day but they picked up the vehicle on a different date. I had to scramble with my family to make it work. But, in the end, very good service and quick delivery.
