I just had a good experience booking with Safe Ship, I was hesitant because of the cost but it was well worth it. I already purchased the materials needed to pack my stuff up but I have been so tired from work, every night when I come home I just stare at the boxes while I'm playing Fortnite. So I decided to look for a long distance moving company to transport my stuff. It was more difficult than I thought, I called a few local moving companies and none could service me. So I did a search on Bing and Safe Ship Moving service. I paid their booking fee and they found a moving company that coordinated my move for me. The company gave me a delivery window 2-12 days and I received my stuff in 6 days for an east to west coast move.

I'm sick of the cold so I'm leaving the North for good. I've been living in Billings my entire life and it's time for a scenery change. I really am sick of it because I contracted the flu again. I wanted to move this week but I'm going off my move for a few weeks until I recover. Yesterday was the fourth day in a row where I just slept all day and barely had the energy to get out of bed. Since I have been bed ridden all week, I came to the easy conclusion that it will be practically impossible for me to do any moving alone. I told my neighbor that I really don't know what to do because I don't have the energy to lift my belongings. My neighbor told me that I can contact a shipping broker. I was confused at first, but he explained to me that the broker will find a moving company in my state, and they will transport the contents of my house to any state in the country and that if I pay extra they can even have the movers pack and wrap all of my stuff.

I phoned three or four movers to get moving prices from Delaware to Florida. Brendan with Safe Ship Moving took the time to video call me and give me a quote. The moving company they provided for me did an outstanding job on moving day. The two gentleman that packed my belongings Tony and Eduardo was extremely hard working, honest, and promptly and effectively. MC movers performed an amazing job of performing my move without any issues. I would strongly suggest them for your relocation. Safe Ship moving services is excellent and professional.

I originally went with another moving company (Rodeo Van Lines) and they left me high and dry with movers not showing up on the moving date and said it was my fault in the scheduling they designed. Safe Ship moving services was next on my list and they came a week later on time and went straight to work. Two movers showed up and packed my apartment in under 3 hours. We moved me into my new flat in downtown Aurora in under a day and I couldn't be happier with their level of professionalism. There's a reason safe is in their name as I was given top notch service.

The broker company does not know how to provide an accurate estimate. My husband made the initial call and was quoted over $7000. When Brian called to make the final arrangements I included items that were forgotten. He informed me then that the price would have to change because it will be more cubic feet. So then the price changed to over $18,000. That was understandable. Once the movers came (MD Movers Solutions LLC) we reviewed all the items and they began to pack and load the truck. They started at 9 am and completed my 1100 square foot house by 9 pm.

I spoke to Chris ** on 10/11/2023. I thought I was calling Allied, a known, stable highly rated moving company. Chris told me that Safe Ship was a great company and that he would "take care of me"...that "celebrities use Safe Ship over Allied" all the time. He quoted me 3,930.00 for a smaller truck (not a semi) to move our items from Texas to Florida. I paid a deposit and set up the move. I was told by Chris that I would owe 938.78 on moving day and 938.78 upon delivery of items in Florida.

Don't make my mistake. Don't book with the company before doing your research. I booked with these people because I called & got a great price. There's a reason they are so cheap. After I booked, I decided to google them. The number of 1 star reviews I read led me to cancel. I was having items moved from my 75 year old mother's house & did not want to put her through the stress of what countless others stated, which you should read for yourself. My experience in the cancellation process was some of the highest stress I've experienced in years. I spoke with Connor to cancel & he held me hostage on the phone. I know it sounds dramatic, but it's the perfect word for what that experience felt like. He continuously said he'd process my cancellation, BUT not until he told me how amazing the company was and said ALL the bad reviews were fake. I'm sorry, who has that much time or creativity to leave so many falsified bad reviews??

If I could give a 0 I would. This company is a scam. When you first get your price, and say, ok I'm gonna look at others. He says what can you pay. And you agree and sign with them, then when it's 2 days before your move, the price doubles, when it's too late to change movers. Even the movers told me I should have been charged the first price. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Customer service is useless! They argue that their admin people are right. Omg, they have no idea or pretend to not understand.

Terrible. A lot of hidden fees attached. It's a Broker company that uses 3rd parties that cannot be trusted. They charge per cubic feet, and when providing an estimate over the phone, PURPOSELY underestimate the amount of space your items will take to give you a good quote, and once the movers get there, they take a quick look at your stuff and give you a new quote that is vastly more than the original quote although I had clearly stated the items I had. I ended up leaving a lot of it behind to stay at the same price. Regarding hidden fees- I was charged extra for a flight of stairs EVEN after being specifically told I wouldn't be for one flight. Be wary that they may also charge extra if you live in an apartment and if they use an elevator.
