The representative was nice until I signed the contract. Wish I had read reviews first. My mistake. They held me hostage for ten business days, 14 actual days, never provided service. Do not book anything. Worst business deal ever and I’m 56 years old. WOW man. Totally stressed out.

I just looked at other reviews I should of checked. I spoke with Monica and clearly told her that I do not want to be charged and she said NO not until car is picked up the carrier I called and cancelled order which I ask her will I be charged if I cancelled. She said NO. Now I am disputing a $250 charge because it took me several calls to cancel and email and they sent me a dispatch notice soon as I hung up on first call. I called the number provided and told them I been trying to cancel. I spoke to Monica and she is a liar and denies what her and I spoke about!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY... Run as far away from this company as you can. They LIE right off the bat by saying that they own their own trucks but THEY DO NOT OWN THEIR OWN TRUCKS, THEY ARE BROKERS. They will keep calling you to book with them and they will quote you a low price and how they will provide URL to check the live location of your car (you WILL NOT GET THE URL, they will claim some ** technical issue) but as soon as they have your card on file and your car then they show their true colors, the price goes up, they become EXTREMELY RUDE, WILL STOP TAKING YOUR CALLS. And since they don't pick up your calls and the actual transport company wants more money, hence you have to pay because they have your car. DON'T EXPECT ANY HELP FROM THIS COMPANY AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR CAR AND CREDIT CARD INFO. Beware of 2 employees of this company named Damiso and Jeremy, they both are a couple of lowlife crooks.

Never ever contract this company. They took our money, guaranteed price and date. They never came. We called to complain, they said they had a ten day window to pick up car. Once the 10 days passed, we called (We called every day). They said that we cancelled it. After insisting that we did NOT cancel it, they called us two days later and wanted $300 more. At this point we found someone else. Two weeks later - we're furious. Be warned. They may actually deliver it sometimes, on time and for the promised cost, but not always. If they cannot find a driver, it's YOUR PROBLEM.

If there is a half star or NO STAR available, that would be more accurate to describe my experience!!! I have used this service with Transportation 123 multiple times & have referred this company to my family and friends!!!! This transport will be my LAST contract with Transportation 123 & I would advise ALL TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!! I made the request & contract on Wednesday. It was advised that the driver will be dispatched within 24-72 hours for the pickup. The Transportation 123 Customer Service called me & my family member repeatedly on the SAME DAY for the pickup. This was a huge inconvenience & seriously annoying with the repeated calls 2 hours after the reservation was scheduled. I explained, my family member is at work & cannot leave unscheduled to meet the driver. They called so many times, the car was brought to the driver on the same day, NOT 24-72 hours.

On Thursday, I saw the deposit was incorrect! The deposit was supposed to be $300 as also listed on the contract. My card was charged $500! I did not receive a new contract or call advising the reason for the change. I called to speak with my contact, whom I requested by name. The Customer Service Representative did not let me speak to him. She tried to explain the deposit was an estimate & I said, NO! Not when there is a contract, but before I could finish my sentence, she hung up in my face! I called back & asked for my contact again or the person that just hung up on me. Customer Service Representative Anthony answered the phone & also hung up in my face!!!! He was EXTREMELY HOSTILE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE & SPOKE VERY HARSHLY TO ME!!!

I was unhappy about the change with my deposit. I never spoke harshly or used profanity. When I spoke to my contact, he explained what happened. That was a short & professional call....AS EXPECTED!!!! That is what Anthony & the other female Customer Service Rep should have done!!!! When a customer is upset & an employee in "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is contacted, then the reasonable expectation during the call is for the Representative to HELP the Customer!!!! Until the Transportation 123 Company improves their Customer Service department to actually HIRE people to Service their CUSTOMERS, I would advise ALL TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY to transport their vehicles!!!!

I spoke to friendly dispatcher Anthony and attempted to book my car transport. He assured me they were "family-owned", and would not contract my car transportation out (unlike their competition.) They could pick up within two days of the scheduled date. I believed him and signed the contract. What a mistake. The contract gave them a TEN day window for pick-up (this would have been disastrous for my move, as I'd have already left town). It also explained that they've farm out my transportation to a dispatcher. I immediately attempted to cancel (because he lied on the phone), and they charged me a $250 cancellation fee. AND threatened to bill me for the ENTIRE amount ($1500) if I did not pay up.

The second part is ILLEGAL - YOU CANNOT BILL FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. As a last ditch effort, they begged for $100 to "part on good terms". (Lucky I'd already locked this credit card so they could not bill me.) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Believe the other reviews you read here. They bait-and-switch to get the contract signed, then threaten/harass to extort money from people.

First of all, this is my honest personal experience. No one is paying me for this review. Do NOT give these people your card information or your car. They will lie and say that they have their own drivers, they do not, they use third party carriers just like everyone else. They say others will charge you first and never dispatch a driver and that it exactly what they did to me. They charged me immediately, I called to cancel, they never dispatched a driver but are lying to my credit card company, the better business bureau and every review site possible in order to steal my money. They state they will only give me back my money if I promise to take down my honest reviews and never share my experience.

They acknowledge that I should get the money back, they were not supposed to charge me until the driver was dispatched, but are attempted to extort my silence for my money. If this is how they act when a person is just trying to get a deposit back, there is no hope if something happens to your car. Save yourself the time and stress, there are so many better shipping companies at significantly cheaper prices with much better customer service and trustworthiness.

Jason is a complete and total scammer. If you don't wish to read the entire review, jump to my screenshots and see for yourself if this is how a reputable business operates. First, they will call you and claim that they own their own carriers etc, that is FALSE. Secondly, they place a bid on your route even without you signing anything. Thirdly, they will LIE in order to get you to sign a contract, which they try to do because Jason is only after a cancellation fee, and nothing else. I have him recorded as saying that they own the trucks used for transport, which is a total lie, they bid just like all the other brokers. When informed he was being recorded, he IMMEDIATELY hung up. When called out, he mentions their website is ranked "at the top" on transportreviews.com, except ALLL transporters apparently are 5-star services on there. Strange, isn't it?

After realizing he lied to me in order to sign the contract, I immediately requested cancellation within two hours, and somehow magically he claimed to have a carrier already assigned. I asked for proof to be emailed to me - their online tracker showed that NO carrier had been assigned. He never emailed me. 3 days after requesting cancellation, he sends me a message saying that a carrier has now been assigned and I owe $795. Absolute scam of a business. The best part? He sent an email requesting a response to confirm cancellation, which I did (again on Friday, 72 hours before he attempts to say he has a carrier). But then you see in text message he says you can only request by certified mail? What a shady scam of a business practice.

I had my 2017 Z06 C7 3LZ Corvette worth close to $100,000 transported by the family owned world famous Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. It was being relocated from Port Charlotte Florida to Cookeville Tennessee, being picked up on the 7th of September and delivered on September 9th. I was told by Danny from Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. that the company that they hired were going to have a large 18 wheel semi truck and my Corvette would be put right behind the cab of the truck so it would be protected. Well the company that they hired had a regular dual axle pickup truck with only a 3 car hauling trailer. My friend was at the location of the pickup and videoed the whole process and called me when that company came to pick up my car. When he told me what kind of vehicle was transporting my car I told him to stop them and don’t let them take my car, but it was too late and they were already gone.

The driver for this company that was transporting my car didn’t know how to drive a manual transmission car and when he drove it down the driveway of the house where he picked the car up, he popped the clutch and rammed the front end of my Corvette into the bottom of the house's driveway. He continued to try and get the Corvette onto his tow trailer and did more damage to the front spoiler in the process.

When he finally got the car delivered to my house in Cookeville the damage was very evident, which he denied doing. We argued for over two hours until he and his buddy who was traveling with him finally admitted that they were responsible for the damage done to my car. His friend pulled a part for the car up on his cell phone showing the cost of the part that they had damaged at $300, but that didn’t include the cost of the labor to remove the damaged one and then install the new one. The driver finally said to me just pay me $250 instead of the $550 that the final contract amount said to pay him. Obviously this showed total guilt on his part that he was willing to do what he thought he had to do to close the deal and move on. However, I told him $300 isn’t even going to come close to fixing my car, I knew it was going to be much more than that.

The situation was getting more and more heated so I thought if I don’t take his deal I probably wasn’t going to see any compensation for the damage he did to my car anyway. Also he said he wouldn’t give me my car unless I agreed to his deal, I certainly didn’t want that to happen. During this whole ordeal I had a supervisor on the phone from Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. and he told me, "Take the deal and get your car back." During my conversation with Alex from Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. I told him that we had audio and video of the entire incident.

I sent Alex everything we had, videos and paper work from this incident and he told me he would get ahold of this company’s insurance and something would happen in my favor after things were worked out. Well an agent from this company’s insurance named Dillon who works for Progressive said send him everything we had and he would take the necessary steps for me to get compensation for the damages, which totaled almost $3,600. After about a week to 10 days had gone by, Dillon called me and told me that they’re not going to give me any compensation because the company that transported my very expensive vehicle had no authority or the right equipment to tow my car. I was very upset to say the least and told him what nerve he had to call me and tell me that I wasn’t going to get a penny for what they had done to my car.

How can I have a well known company like Ultimate Transport 123, Inc. take responsibility for my car and then destroy it and I don’t get nothing because the company they used should have never transported my car in the first place. To not take responsibility and not offer any compensation to the customer in this situation is absolutely unbelievable. I hope someone will do the right thing and take responsibility and compensate me for the damage that was done to my car, someone needs to do the right thing and take responsibility.

Had vehicle for 15 days. Promised 3 to 5 day delivery. Promised four different delivery dates. Never knew where vehicle was. According to driver vehicle was picked up 24 hours prior. Returned vehicle 15 days later. Absolutely filthy. Agreed upon $250 refund. Now reneging and offering 150. Unacceptable.

Ultimate Transport 123 questions and answers

What problem is Auto Transport 123 trying to solve?
The problem our customers face – which we aim to resolve – is how to move their vehicle(s) from one location to another, without actually driving it themselves. We offer a variety of options on how to move the vehicle depending on the customers’ needs.
What sets your company apart from the competition?
There are many things that set us apart but it all boils down to managing our customers expectations. Many transport companies lead customers to believe everything will go off without a hitch and don't prepare customers for issues that commonly occur in the trucking industry. We take extra time to ensure our customers fully understand what goes into having their vehicle transported and explain how we can keep things moving smoothly even when we’re faced with some of the common issues that could arise.
What needs do your services fulfill, and how do you fulfill those needs better than your competition?
Auto Transport 123 services fulfill the need to relocate your car, and we do it better by moving our customers cars faster and more efficiently than our competitors – all at a guaranteed rate.
How does Auto Transport 123 measure success?
We measure success by the number of customers who say they had a positive experience shipping their vehicles with us.
What’s the most common misconception consumers have about your industry? Your company?
In this industry, if someone says something to you over the phone or writes it in an email, they don’t always live up to it. This is an unregulated industry and the majority of our competitors use deceitful and duplicitous tactics to get business in the first place. The most common misconception about Auto Transport 123 is that we offer the same service as other brokers, when in reality we take a completely different approach to earning the customers business and trust, and we actually complete the job.
How has your industry changed in the last 5 to 10 years?
The growth of the public's reliance on the internet for information has vastly changed the landscape of the industry and has opened the door for an over saturation of auto transport brokers. This has helped lead to the contentious, deceitful nature the industry has unfortunately become known for in recent years.
What is something you wish every consumer knew about Auto Transport 123?
We are the only Auto Transport Broker who provides a full, legally-binding contract in which the price is guaranteed in writing. No other company will guarantee a price in writing. So many customers get taken advantage of because they make a verbal agreement with a sales representative and don't know they need to get everything in writing.
How has your company grown or evolved?
When the company was founded in 2010 there were approximately five people employed by the company – all working from our New York office. We now have two more offices; one in Las Vegas and one in Washington state, along with various satellite workers operating from the comfort of their own homes. We now employ over 50 people, making us one of the largest auto transport brokers in the country.
