I placed an order for some gold coins, then changed my mind a few hours later and called back and canceled the order. The next day they debited my checking account anyway. I called that day and asked that they credit the money back to my account. The representative agreed to take care of it right away but a week and three phone calls later nothing has been done. I was told that I had 24 hours to cancel and that I would not be debited until shipment. When I first contacted them I thought they a reputable company. I no longer think so!

Stevan did call us and explain very logically why the full value of my wife's account was not as printed and that Ms ** had given her a good value but was horrible in explaining. Was assured that this is a legitimate company.
Original Review: Dec. 30, 2022
Though I find a website that looks legit our personal experience has been very shady. An agent named Tammy Barba under a company called Equity Institutional worked with my wife in transferring her 401K into precious metals. After telling her that we wanted silver bars primarily to protect against inflation she called back with a proposal of different kinds of gold coins and my wife accepted her deal. We called back the next day and told her she didn't sell us what we had agreed on.
Ms. ** told us the coins had already been shipped to a vault in Nevada and nothing could be changed. Throughout the time of dealing with her she doesn't gives the same answer, Strikes me as a pathological liar. At first my wife got printouts about every 3 months. August of 2022 was the last printout and numerous phone calls go unanswered, Now a guy named Stephen ** (sp?) under the name of US Money Reserve answers the phone. Says in a recording that he will call the first of the year. Not holding my breath but at least it gives us hope that this is not a total scam.
