They did a very good job. It was excellent that they called me ahead of time and talked to me about how much stuff I had. I underestimated the amount of items I had severely but they were very nice. They said they would need to revamp the size of the truck I would have and that amount. The guys who did the move came when they said they would. They loaded stuff up and they were very polite. I asked the delivery crew to come a day after I arrived in Kansas. They were there right on schedule. I had very narrow stairs to a basement though so they charged me extra for that. But I was pleased and I tipped them fairly well when they picked up and when they moved me in. They did a good job.

The experience was awesome and the staff was terrific. They went above and beyond. I had difficulty getting some of the furniture out of my other place and Van Lines managed to circumvent the problem. It was an out-of-state move and a lot of companies were going by gross weight. And they had a minimum weight, which made no sense to me. So I decided to go with Van Lines because the salesperson said that it was a cubic-foot situation. But it turned out to be more money. It doesn't matter. It worked out better for me, cost-wise, and it seemed like a more logical way to do it than a weight option, which I had no control over. This, I had control over because I could limit how many boxes. They had a minimum weight and I didn't have that kind of weight involved.

They were hired to pack my entire home, room by room, completely. It was amazing to see how much they could accomplish in such a short amount of time.

Do not use this company. They lie and take your money. They are a broker. They brokered my move to an even worse company and I ended spending the most money I have ever spent on a move and received the worst service I have ever gotten. They broke my expensive items and my clothing was thrown about on the truck. My brand new Peloton looked like it was old. My 65 on tv was out the box. All for 24000.
