The staff was very patient with my questions and made sure to inform me of all the process! In the end, everything went as planned. My furniture arrived in one piece and I could not be any more happy with the way they handled everything! Without them, we don’t know how we could have done our move. They carefully handled all of our belongings and got our stuff to our new place in no time!

The gentleman that I spoke to at Vanity Van Lines gave the best quote and assurance. The quote itself was great. The scheduling part was easy. However, Vanity Van Lines then subcontracted out to a different company and when I went with them, there was a change in process. Their process was that when they picked up the items, once I gave them a date of move-in, they had up to 21 days from that date to deliver the items, which is not what Vanity Van Lines told me. Vanity Van Lines told me that once they picked it up and had an address, there was a two-week minimum, and then they would schedule after that. So, I purposely scheduled it more than two weeks out so that it would arrive when we were in San Francisco.

When I talked to the man from Vanity, I had a good feel about them. They were priced right too. Everything turned out just as the rep said it would. There was notification in advance that they were gonna come in 24 hours to 48 hours. They showed up on time. When they delivered it, they did it right on time too. They were wonderful. Those two guys worked their tails off to get this stuff to us. I'd like to work with them again.

It was very smooth with Vanity Van Lines. The rep was right on top. The quote was quickly done. He let me know who was coming and the approximate time they were gonna be coming. The crew was on time. They worked together and were very cordial. There wasn't anyone standing to the side not doing something. I had my boxes' number. They wrote down each box number and the code that they have on that sheet of all the different items that I had to be picked up and the things that they had to pack themselves that weren't in a box. They were an A-plus service. During the delivery, they were here exactly when they said they were gonna be here. They moved the things into the apartment very well. They even made sure they put things where I wanted them.

I was trying to find a moving company and Vanity was the polite one that we got to speak with. On the initial call, we told them stuff we knew we were moving and they gave us price. We worked with Josh and he was very polite and understanding. He assisted us along the way. Then, the adjuster called and the price was a lot more. That's the only issue I had with them. It was like they doubled our price. But they worked with us on getting it down. Also, the moving company they sent out were very polite and worked with us even further on lowering our price. The crew was quick. I wasn't expecting a three-bedroom house to be moved within a couple of hours. They showed up around 11:45 and were out of the house at 3:00 at the most. The drop off was done within a couple of hours as well and all of our stuff showed up with very minimal scratches and nothing was broken. I would recommend Vanity to friends if they were moving.

Great People! The manager helped us with our moving reservation, was very courteous and professional and gave us the confidence to choose them over a few other reputable moving companies in our area. The team arrived at our front door on time with all the necessary materials as promised; they covered our furniture and protected our fragile items.

Set the bar very high with their service, attitude and diligent staff. Highest level of quality and delicate handling from this professional moving company. There can't be any professional moving company that can compete with them. Everything went very well. These guys are incredible, they never stopped and were so careful with everything. Everything was perfect and everything was cleaned up - beds put together. Amazing, fantastic job in moving. The company gave the best quote, the fastest appointment booking, and was the most polite. I absolutely recommend this company for anyone who needs to move.

This has been a learning experience for me. When I contacted Vanity Van Lines, I was interested and the person who answered gave me a price. The dispatcher called me. He should have been a used car salesman. He gave me a little discount and chatted me into signing an agreement. I had no idea that was a firm commitment. We were just discussing the things that I had, but not down to the last detail. I did not realize that would be the actual agreement that that was all that I had. It was exacerbated by the fact that I had someone else come and pack me. He did a terrible job, and used up a lot more boxes and than what was necessary. So when the movers came, they listed twice as much as what was on the agreement on the estimate.
